• Py as an indicator for productivity
• m index as an indicator for scientific quality

“. . . it is suggested that in case of evaluation, the m-index and Py should be calculated and these indicators should also be used in case of a bibliometric based evaluation, since all other indicators depend on the time a scientists spends in the field.” [p. 195]
