Looking for a Tool to Analyze Journals?

July 25th, 2008 by Cathy · 1 Comment

SCOPUS just announced a new tool called Journal Analyzer. You can view details about a journal’s performance and create a graphical chart of up to ten journals for comparison of journals. The journal files are updated every two weeks and provides for a current perspective of journal performance factors such as the number of articles published per year and the number of times a source  has been cited in a year.

To access Journal Analyzer: http://www.scopus.com/scopus/source/eval.url From the main page of SCOPUS, click the blue “Analytics” button at the top.

***SCOPUS is available to WUSM and the School of Engineering.
