Since 2001, the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) has provided free access to original research articles six months after publication to users who registered on the NEJM website.  Effective as of 10 December 2007, registration is no longer required in order to access the original research articles six months after publication.  Full text articles on the NEJM website are available from 1993 to current.
