The Mouse Genome Informatics website (MGI) from the Jackson Laboratory is really outstanding. MGI is the international database resource for the laboratory mouse, providing integrated genetic, genomic, and biological data to facilitate the study of human health and disease. There are a ton of helpful resources on the site which enable easy and efficient querying of the data – from simple to more sophisticated searches.
- Genes, Genome Features & Maps
- Phenotypes, Alleles & Disease Models
- Gene Expression
- GO Functional Annotations
- Biochemical Pathways
- Strains, SNPs & Polymorphisms
- Mammalian Orthology
- Mouse Tumor Biology
- Sequences
